Compound
It contains about 28 chemical elements, 30 macro- and microelements, as well as 10 different metal oxides, 6 amino acids, including zoomelanoidionic ones, a number of vitamins, essential oils, resins and resin-like substances. It also contains bee venom, humic bases and other substances that have not yet been fully studied. The complexity and variability of the composition of mumiyo depending on the type do not allow us to derive its final formula now. In general, the average picture looks like this. The volume of the inorganic part usually exceeds the organic part by 2-4 times. The organic part contains carbon (20-57%), oxygen (30-48%), hydrogen (4-18%) and nitrogen (3-8%) in various acids, resins and proteins; in the inorganic part - minerals of calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium and aluminum. In addition, the inorganic part of mumiyo contains about 30 more rare earth microelements: rubidium, cesium, barium, strontium, tin, chromium, antimony, etc. The amount of each of them ranges from traces to fractions of a percent, but these substances are often lacking in our body, and mumiyo completely satisfies the need for them.

Which mummy is more suitable for cosmetic procedures?
It is most convenient to use tablets - they are easy to crush and the resulting powder is quickly mixed with other ingredients of masks or creams. However, the relatively small content of pure mumiyo in them makes such preparations less effective.
Paste-like compositions dissolve well in water, are quickly absorbed into the skin and are easily washed off. Another problem arises here - the accuracy of the dosage. For one procedure, you should take about the size of a pea of black pepper. This option, by the way, is the most convenient if you plan to do cellulite wraps or for weight loss at home.
Pure mumiyo, which has a solid form, is sold in the form of plates or pieces - it requires no more than a match head. It is used in the same way as tablets or resin.
