Mucaltin is a drug based on herbal components that is widely used to treat acute tracheitis and chronic respiratory diseases. It enhances the vibrations of the cilia of the ciliated epithelium, the peristalsis of the bronchioles, and stimulates the secretion of liquid secretion by the bronchial glands.
This helps to liquefy mucus and evacuate it from the respiratory tract. Thanks to their enveloping properties, the active components have a beneficial effect on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and promote their regeneration.

Marshmallow extract contains mucilaginous substances, polysaccharides, pectin, asparagine, lecithin, phytosterols, amino acids and minerals.

Features of application
In patients with chronic inflammatory processes in the lungs, at the initial stages of Mucoltin therapy, the viscosity of sputum increases, which is associated with the accumulation (accumulation) of organic substances and other products of inflammatory reactions in it.
